The Minister of Industry expressed his happiness to meet the trained cadres and the importance of the presence of these cadres in promoting the pharmaceutical industry in Syria, especially in the public sector.

The minister stressed the need for compatibility of executive, scientific and applied programs because the industry is science and implementation, and it is necessary to build these programs on # correct rules.

The minister stressed that the ministry's main concern is # scientific_ industry and the optimal investment of the means of production and that needs to invest the existing human cadres through training and continuous rehabilitation and work on the quality of manufacturing and the fight against waste and investment of raw materials in order to obtain added value and enhance confidence in the Syrian product.

 

The Minister of Industry directed to establish specialized training departments in the center of management development and productivity representing the industrial sectors (engineering - chemical - textile - food .......) and the need to develop a curriculum for training and communication with companies and international organizations to transfer the training curriculum approved and applied in the center .

The Director of the Center for Management Development and Productivity Mrs. Nibal Bekfelouni pointed out that this course came within the framework of the directives of the Minister of Industry to train and qualify the cadres of the Arab Medical Company (Tamiko) after the visit of the Prime Minister of the company. The training course was divided into two parts (theoretical) and practical. The training was conducted on the practical section in the sections of TAMICO Company. Milk and baby food production plants.

She stressed that the establishment of these courses comes within the framework of the pursuit of # ISO 9001/2015 certification of the Center and the transition from a mere # performance to the quality of performance and this comes through follow-up and continued care from the Minister of Industry.
