Director of Rural Damascus Amer Mekki revealed the referral of 13 employees of Daraya Finance for investigation based on complaints received against them for their work as transaction traders, and the completion of some transactions in exchange for wages agreed with the owners of transactions, which causes damage to the reputation of financial work, and opens the possibility of suspicious relationships Between the employee and the owner,

 

He stressed that the complaints are under consideration and study by the competent authority, and the case is followed closely, as deterrent penalties will be taken against the employee who is proven to work to track transactions, and take all measures that limit the recurrence of such behaviors by finance staff.

 

He pointed out that the finance does not allow such abuses, despite the shortage experienced by the Directorate of human cadres, in particular the competencies and trained cadres, which the Directorate is in coordination with the Ministry of Finance to compensate it through many options and alternatives, including the restoration of the current staff and raise the efficiency and skills of workers through Training and rehabilitation programs provided by the annual training plan.
