Engineer Khamis: The flexibility granted to the productive sectors during the 2020 budget would not have been possible without the focus of spending over the past two years on the restoration of the destruction of terrorism and the provision of infrastructure to kick-start the production process, the return of thousands of economic facilities to work, in addition to full commitment to the social and service dimensions despite the changes.
