Chairman of the City Council Zakaria Fahd said that several service projects in the field of electricity, drinking water and telephone are currently being implemented in the city, in response to wide and frequent public demands to improve its service reality. These are two projects for the expansion of the landline network, another for the MTN network and an expansion project for the electricity center, and the commencement of the implementation of a water line from the water unit of the Jabal Ain Zarqa reservoir with a length of 2.5 km at a cost of 163 million liras.

 

Fahad explained that the implementation of these projects is natural and logical to lead to the proliferation of longitudinal and transverse sections in the main and secondary roads in the city, there are no projects without excavations.

 

He pointed out that the city council is implementing new rainwater after studying the distribution of streets and roads that are experiencing bottlenecks in rainwater and form ponds and lakes, pointing out that the council is following up on supervision of these projects and excavations, and coordinates with all service departments to fill the excavations and paving the streets and roads and qualify them for traffic.
