Prime Minister Eng. Emad Khamis approved the recommendation of the Economic Committee to consider the domestic appliances industry as one of the substitution industries for import substitutes, as it is one of the important and large industries in the country and because of the interruption of the complementary workshops after the crisis. The import of feedstock, with an added value of between 30-40%, covers much of the market needs of fittings.
